How long should you wait after getting teeth pulled out, to drink alcohol?

i got 3 wisdom teeth pulled the on friday morning (the 28th), and its new years eve tomorrow. is tomorrow night too soon to drink?

How long should you wait after getting teeth pulled out, to drink alcohol?
you should be fine then, i would just check the tylenol bottle for any warnings about mixing it with alcohol. ii also got my wisdom teeth out on friday, but i am on alot of meds so i know i cant tomorrow...
Reply:Just to let you know it is very unsafe to take Tylenol with alcohol in your system. Report It

Reply:if it is healed then it should be ok
Reply:Drink up!!!
Reply:read your med bottle or directions the denist gave you......if your on meds... does it not say "do not drink with alcohol?" if you wanted to have a few drinks for the new yr. i would suggest limiting yourself to just a couple....ive heard that antibotics won't work if you drink...and pain meds and alcohol will surely throw you for a loop lol good luck !
Reply:!!!!!!!!! Be careful! Drinking alcohol could cause the blood clots forming over the empty cavity of your teeth to weaken, especially since ALCOHOL DILUTES AND THINS BLOOD.

If you drink a couple drinks, you'll end up thinning your blood, opening your clots, then bleeding everywhere. it'll be really gross!

why don't you just drink non-alcoholic versions of the same drink? Like for beer there's st. pauli's girl etc.
Reply:Personally, I hate the dentist... I begin drinking before the appointment, and continue afterward... You will not bleed to death, believe me... How could anyone go to the dentist straight ?? They offer nitrous there, for the asking, so they may be onto something...
Reply:i think your ok but OUCH!!

im not looking forward to when i have to get mine pulled =[
