Cost of getting my puppy's teeth pulled because of her overbite?

My 11 week old puppy has a very noticeable overbite, and the vet said I should get two of her teeth pulled out because they will cause her pain and further stunt the growth of her lower jaw. The only thing that is worrying me is the cost. Any estimates as to how much this would set me back?

HUH?? You should get a second opinion. I would make sure, cause if the bite isn't going to bother her ( and it very likely won't ) I wouldn't put a young puppy thru that.. She has her PUPPY TEETH.. She has not even gotten her adult teeth in yet.. Why would you go on what puppy teeth are doing.. Either wait it out or get a better and a 2nd opinion.. Not someone who is trying ot make money off you, pulling puppy teeth.
Reply:ask the receptionist at your vet's. that's the surest way to find out. if it's too expensive then try another vets.

i hope you decide to go ahead with what your vet suggests no matter the cost.

if you don't do anything now then your pup could be in for some major alignment and jaw problems later in its life.

good luck to both of you.
Reply:Are they talking about the adult teeth? The first puppy teeth are going to start falling out in about two weeks. We get retained puppy teeth pulled out when the dogs get spayed or neutered. Sparky had two puppy teeth pulled during his neutering and it cost 15 bucks per tooth. Ask if it will be OK to wait until then.

Side note, if you are worried about costs now, save up fast because vet bills can run in the thousands depending on what sorts of illnesses or accidents your pet has.
Reply:my dog has an overbite and we never pulled teeth,... she is fine.. get a second opinion before you do something like that.
