How to stop bleeding after pulling out tooth?

yesterday i pulled out tooth but it is steel bleeding, help!

How to stop bleeding after pulling out tooth?
rinse your mouth with really cold water!!!

if it bleeds CONSTANTLY, then it might be best to see a dentist!!

you can always chew on a piece of cotton till it dries out!

good luck!!
Reply:i wont help either lol
Reply:Wet a tissue, and hold it onto the gap where your tooth came from. Its better to use cold water, not hot. Hold it there until it stopped bleeding, and try to not *rub or push* your gum too hard while doing so.
Reply:put some pure coffee, it helps.
Reply:bite down on some gauze until you form a clot. after that, be careful of what you eat. dont drink out of a straw or smoke for at

least a day or two. if that doesnt help, you may need a stitch. also, dont swish mouthwash or anything because that may loosen your clot.
Reply:Put cool ice on the place who bleeding,or get some icecream.. very sweat : p
Reply:Swish your mouth with salt water and make the water so salty that it tastes like ocean water. Do this several times a day and by the end of today the bleeding should stop as long as you don't' eat any thing really hard while the wound is healing or another tooth is growing in.
Reply:Gargle with salt water
Reply:Well,I would get a cup of water, put two spoon of salt. Mix it up. Goggle the salty water as if it mouth wash....(smiling) A few time of that. Spit out the water until get lighter and lighter. Then stop when you feel it not as RED anymore but, more like pink water .

If that doesn't work get some bread and stuff your mouth and keep your mouth shut. For a hour or two.

Spit out the mouth full of bread . Drink some warm water and spit out and call it a day.

(smiling)
Reply:drink cold water do not drink hot water because vasodilation will occur if you do. so drink or eat something which is cold yo stop bleeding
Reply:put pressure on the bleeding point and it should stop, try to avoid eating food with sharp edges as it may bleed again and avoid touching it
