I just got my wisdom teeth pulled and my docture gave me hydrocodone-ibuprof. 7.5/200mg is that a lot?

No. That is not a lot. It is a very safe dose.
I am a bit surprised, however, that your doctor prescribed that drug. Generally, we prescribe narcotic/acetaminophen combinations...in order to avoid any of the possible side-effects associated with ibuprofen (e.g. stomach upset, increased bleeding, etc.).
Reply:Depends on your size....doesn't soud like to much for what pain you may feel. I don't know that I would take it every 4 hours try to wait because it can make you quite sick to your stomach. Make sure you eat with it...I know it's kind of hard given the circumstances but taking them on an empty tummy isn't good.
