Going to get my teeth pulled?

I am getting 4 biscupids removed tomorrow in order to have braces put in.





What questions should I ask the dentist before he pulls them out?





One I know is that one of my wisdom tooth is coming out, so I need to ask if that will make any differance.

I just had 5 teeth taken out last month, and it was great. Well, not great, but it turned out to be okay. 2 were wisdom teeth. The worst part is when they are numbing it, the needle hurts like a "beep" but, after that, it's smooth sailing. Just be prepared to bleed a lot at home.

Reply:Not sure which teeth those are, but make him walk you through the process, and have him explain why to you. Also, you are going to want more than Tylenol, or ib profrin. This may help at first until the numbness wears off, but 4 teeth, you need something stronger like Tylenol 3 or hydrocodone or your head is going to feel like it it a throbbing migraine. if he doesn't give you anyhting, call him back later if it does hurt real bad. Ask him about the pain after wards. 4 teeth is going to cause pain after numbing wears off.
Reply:your luck, only four teeth. i had all my upper teeth pulled all at once. it hurt like he** after the numbness wore off. but just ask your dentist what you should do to keep your mouth clean untill you can brush again. that is the main thing, you dont want dry socket or any infection to set in. and see about some pain pills also, you might need them.
